All adult animals in a herd need to wear a collar. Many customers choose to create new and smaller herds in order to test Nofence and experience the difference it makes on their operation. 

No, all the prices and subscriptions are listed on the pricing pages for both cattle and sheep & goat collars. 

Most customers pay by card when buying collars, accessories, or subscriptions in our online store. Subscriptions are billed regularly—you can choose to have payments charged automatically to your card, or get an invoice by email instead.

The subscription is personal, but not attached to specific collars. Subscriptions can not be transferred to buyer of collars nor be credited. This means that if you sell your collars before the fixed subscription period is over you will not get a refund, and buyer will be charged on a monthly basis from collars is assigned to their account. If you sell your collars the buyer will have to create their own account unless they already are customers with us.

When you buy new collars from us you will be charged for the first 12 months upfront. The count will start as the collars are delivered. After the first 12 months it will depend on the numbers of collars you actually use each month. The cost per collar is based off the amount of collars in your account, please see the information in the grid above. If you use your collars for more than 8 months during a calendar year you will get up to 4 months free usage. Please note that if a collar has a battery inserted and are reporting for more than 3 days you will be charged.
Additional collars will be charged the Initial 12-month fixed subscription prior to delivery. After the first 12 months these collars will move to the ongoing monthly subscriptions. If this purchase takes you from below 49 collars to above 50 collars, the monthly subscription for all existing collars will be changed the month following the purchase of additional collars.
Remove the battery so the collars are not reporting, this needs to be done within the first 3 days of the month. These collars will then not be subject to a subscription charge. No refunds will be given retrospectively if collars are reporting but not used. If collars are removed mid-month that month will still be chargeable.
