Here are some of the most common issues and questions about delivery.

My order hasn't arrived yet.

Issue: The order hasn't shipped yet or is stuck in transit.

Solution:  We recommend that you check the status on the Parcel force website or call Parcel Force help and support.

I think the content of my order is incorrect.

Problem: The contents of the parcel do not match the shipping label. For example, my order contains too few or too many products, my order contains the wrong products, or the products are damaged/defective.

Solution: If you think something is missing from your order, it's best to submit a help case and reference your order number when submitting an issue.

I don't know the status of my order or where I can track it.

Problem: I have not received information about the shipment of the order.

Solution:  You can track the order on your account pages, or you can track the delivery on the ParcelForce website by searching for the tracking number.

What is my tracking number?

Problem: Tracking information not sent.

Solution:  The order shipment details are in the email sent by ParcelForce. The tracking number is also visible in the order on the account pages.

My order is delayed, but I haven't received a new delivery date.

Problem: The order has not been shipped by Nofence yet.

Solution:  Sometimes orders may experience delays during the packing process, and unfortunately, our support team cannot provide specific updates on the status of your order while it is in the packing center. However, you will receive an email notification when the order is handed over to ParcelForce.

My package was sent to the local post office, but I was unable to pick it up in time.

Problem: The package was not picked up within the deadline and was returned to Nofence.

Solution: If you have not picked up the package within the deadline and have not extended the waiting time for the package, ParcelForce will return it to Nofence. This process may take some time, and we cannot resend the order until it has been returned to our supplier, and we have arranged payment for the re-delivery. Nofence is not responsible for additional delivery costs. We recommend reaching out to us for further assistance.

It says that my order has been delivered, but I have not received it at my address.

Problem: Package delivered to the wrong address, or not delivered at all?

Solution: Check your email for shipment information. Account page → Orders → Tracking number to track the delivery address on ParcelForce.com. Your order is likely sent to the local post office for pickup. You can find information by searching on parcelforce.com.
