Trouble paying the online invoice with a card

Check with your banking institution to see if daily limits can be temporarily adjusted on your card. Please contact us for alternative payment options such as bank transfer or check by mail.

Charged tax on order but are tax exempt.

When do I pay?

Nofence will send you a bill automatically when its time for you to pay. Annual subscriptions are paid with the purchase of collars. Your monthly subscription plan will automatically start after your initial subscription. If you have not received this please check your spam folder and make sure you are checking the correct email address.

My bill does not make sense, can I have an explanation?

Bills can sometimes be unclear. Make sure that the information on the bill you provided is correct and accurate, if it is not and you need help to correct this please contact us:
